Mac Rx Gold is a level of support provided to all of my customers free of charge. It includes free telephone support 9:00 AM till 9:00 PM Monday through Saturday. Your call will be answered by me, and I will greet you by your first name. In a time when large companies are becoming harder and harder to reach, answering the phone is becoming a novelty. I don't like voice mail. I never have. You will only be forwarded to my voice mail only if I am truly unable to get to the phone. If you do get my voice mail. I will call you back. Typically within minutes, but in all cases the same day.
